Intec have specialised in Apprenticeships and work-based training for over 40 years. Back in 2012, we set up our Apprenticeship Recruitment Service to provide career advice to young talent, matching them to their first role. We've come a long way since then, igniting the potential of thousands of learners and launching 1900+ careers.

Training

Apprenticeships are vocational training programmes, tailored around a specific job role that allow you to earn a wage and gain a professional qualification.

On programme with us, you’ll learn about the latest theories and practices in the context of your own role, applying what you’ve learnt from your training to your day-to-day activities. Apprenticeships build your confidence to support both personal and professional development.

Unlike local colleges, Intec deliver at place and pace that suit you. Depending on your apprenticeship we offer remote, hybrid and face-to-face learning options. You will meet with your specialist Tutor once a month for 2 -3 hours to study your apprenticeship. If you have, You’ll also have the chance to complete your Level 2 English and maths qualifications, if not already achieved.

All your sessions will be supported by our online learning platform, where you will be set and upload your work and have access to additional resources to support your future career.
