Our graduate programme is appropriate for anyone with a 2:2 Bachelor's degree in a subject relevant to their chosen role, but we also welcome Master's and even PhD graduates who want to get their first experiences in the nuclear industry. The recruitment process starts in September with an online application, followed by an online interview and an in-person assessment centre. All our graduates have to achieve security clearance, so we make sure to get offers out far ahead of the September employment start date!
