Early Careers

DHL Supply Chain’s Next Generation Talent programmes have been central to how the company develops future talent. To make these programmes even better suited to what Gen Z and Gen Alpha are looking for, early careers recruitment is paused until September 2026 while the programmes are redesigned. During this time, the company is reviewing and improving content and structure so it can return with refreshed, more relevant and exciting opportunities that align with its long-term goals.
