The biggest highlight of my career so far has been achieving my IOSH and NEBOSH qualification in health and safety.

There hasn't been many challenges so far, aside from deciding which department I want to focus on!

I have a strong support network that includes my manager Sharlene Harrison, my manager at site Andy Eaton, my mentor Ethan West and my business mentor Charlotte Tollefson.

I decided to do an apprenticeship as I wanted to gain work experience and still study. I'm hoping that a t the end of my apprenticeship, I can secure a full-time job as previously discussed with my on-site manger and site lead.
