Creating a dashboard used by hundreds of people across the UK business has been a highlight of my career so far! The dashboard has been showcased globally, and has led to me receiving a leaders-choice award!
The biggest challenge for me is t rying to manage my time and the requests that come in that I may not be able to fulfil given higher-priority workloads.
I have great support from my Manager and my team, as well as a mentor, and an apprentice buddy who is further along their apprenticeship journey.
I decided to do an apprenticeship as I wanted to get a foot in the door at a tech company and do a job that involved maths and logical thinking. And I wanted to do this without having a degree.
