The biggest highlight of my career so far has been m eeting HRH the Duke of Cambridge at his visit to Microsoft UK Campus at Thames Valley Park.
The biggest challenge has been c onfidently managing communities within the Microsoft's Social Impact space, using clarity and purpose in my delegating.
