Q&A with Ellie
As an engineer, on a day-to-day basis, I am primarily responsible for providing solutions to practical problems, either by electrically or mechanically.
The highlight of my career has been achieving employee of the month!
The biggest challenge of my career has been overcoming a big breakdown with only one other engineer on a night shift.
At the end of my apprenticeship, I'm hoping to be given the opportunity to become a full-time engineer on shift.
If you are looking at starting your apprenticeship career journey, I would say to concentrate on college and don't be afraid to get involved!
