What are your interests outside of work?
I enjoy sports, going to the gym, watching TV shows and movies, and spending time with family.
Can you describe your job and what you do on a day-to-day basis?
I p artner with stakeholders to identify development areas and provide technical solutions utilising People systems & technology (primarily Workday). Provid ing support for HR System upgrades and enhancements to include prioritisation , functional design, documentation, testing, training, implementation and support model design. Support other tools like Lessonly , Travelperk , Shareworks & our employee engagement tool. Building basic and advanced custom reports & extracting data requests . Also, t o train the People team and TransferWise leads (managers) in using HRIS (HR system) . Provid ing an excellent customer experience by troubleshooting complex problems by resolving errors quickly & efficiently. Consult with functional leaders & small - medium size enterprises to design and implement technology solutions. The aim is to increase operational efficiency, maintain compliance, and positively impact customer experience for HR and all stakeholders. Support our payroll team with any documentation needed to process changes . I c ollaborate with the team on local and global projects , and m aintain the team’s content on Confluence (our intranet) so that Wisers can access correct information at any time.

Multiverse has provided me with a network as well as a buddying program, which is very helpful in gaining guidance for how to approach your apprenticeship and maintain a comfortable work/study/life balance.
What will happen at the end of your apprenticeship and have you discussed this with your employer?
A permanent full-time role with my employer
