As a CSA, I help customers onboard new applications within their environment, which allows me to use both my technical knowledge and my people skills. A highlight of my career so far has been working with over 50 customers—I've gained so much valuable experience! I have plenty of support from my manager, colleagues, and apprenticeship provider, which makes a huge difference. There are so many avenues to explore, whether that’s staying on in my current role or moving to a partner— the opportunities are endless!
