Jasmine

My role is within the Organisational Development team whose goal is to develop AQA's people. I deal mostly with learning requests and help to register colleagues on relevant courses. I also help on projects within the organisation such as Empowering Women and future workplace. Empowering Women is definitely the most exciting project I’ve worked on so far. While it is only in the beginning phase, I know in the long run it will be exciting to learn from other colleagues’ experiences and look at how we can improve AQA in the long run.

''I have received lots of support from AQA during my apprenticeship so far''

I have received so much support , and my manager in particular has been very great - making sure I have time to complete my apprenticeship and supporting me in my work and extra projects. My tutor is also available at any time to help me with any questions I have and run through both mine and their expectations.
