Sureserve Energy Services Meters Ltd, is a subsidiary of Sureserve, we specialise in installing domestic smart meters across the UK, working directly with 3 of the Big Six energy suppliers in the UK.

Role Overview:

The purpose of the role is to offer key administrative support to the day-to-day operation of the Supply Chain department to ensure the department meets the business requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Raise and validate purchase orders in line with company guidelines,
  2. Learn and apply the procurement processes in day-to-day sourcing requirements,
  3. Answer on day calls and emails from Operations offering solutions and escalation where required,
  4. Manage the stock team inbox,
  5. Answering in day queries from our logistics partners and external suppliers,
  6. Support with reporting requirements, data entry and data analysis,
  7. Support with onboarding new starter engineers,
  8. Support with demobilizing engineer leavers,
  9. Support with delivering key information to the wider parts of the business,
  10. Support onsite stores,
  11. Monitoring of stock levels,
  12. Placing orders in line with company guidelines,
  13. Produce regular business reports,
  14. Any assistance required on day for any Supply Chain related task.

Qualifications, key skills and experience required:

  1. Computer skills in Microsoft Office,
  2. Grade C or above in GCSE English Language and Mathematics or equivalent qualification,
  3. Administration knowledge,
  4. Strong working knowledge in Excel
  5. Willingness to learn new systems and processes,
  6. Ability to prioritise workload dependent on requirements,
  7. Organisational skills,
  8. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills,
  9. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
