We’re looking for a Data Support professional to join our Head Office team in Annesley..
This role suits someone who takes pride in accuracy and organisation, someone who enjoys supporting others and ensuring everything runs smoothly. You’ll work closely with our HR and Finance teams, providing vital data, administrative and coordination support across our sales processes.

Key Responsibilities
Reporting & Data Accuracy
- Prepare reports and assist with sales analysis.
- Maintain accurate data across CRM and internal systems.
- Data Reporting
- Data Collating
Account Creation & Management
- Set up and maintain accurate customer accounts.
- Update details and resolve queries promptly.
Administrative & Sales Support
- Provide day-to-day support to the Buying & Sales Director.
- Organise files, prepare documents and presentations.
- Support with sales proposals, quotations, and order follow-ups.
Customer & Internal Communication
- Handle general customer queries professionally.
- Liaise with sales, purchasing, logistics, marketing, and finance to ensure smooth operations.

- Highly organised with strong attention to detail.
- Calm under pressure and able to manage multiple priorities.
- Clear and confident communicator (written and verbal).
- Experienced in office administration, account management, or sales coordination.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Outlook, and Word.
- Dependable, professional, and proud of delivering consistent, accurate work.

As an apprentice you will be completing a L3 Data Technician Apprenticeship Standard. This will involve 1-to-1 sessions with your dedicated digital skills trainer, online learning and workshops.
