The role

As a Level 3 Early Years Apprentice, you will:

1. Learn to deliver exceptional early years practice

2. Support and gradually lead high-quality learning experiences

You do not need extensive experience, but you do need passion, discipline, and drive.

Requirements

Commitment to completing a Level 3 Early Years Apprenticeship (18 months).GCSE Grade C / 4 (or equivalent) OR Functional Skills Level 2 in English & Maths (preferred).Some experience working with children (e.g. nursery, school, childminding, babysitting).Strong communication skills and professional attitude.Understanding of safeguarding (or readiness to adopt it quickly and seriously).

Working pattern

7.5 hour shifts:7:30am–3:30pm OR 9:00am–5:00pm (including 30-minute unpaid break).2 weeks’ notice provided for any shift changes.Options for term-time only or all-year-round contracts.
