Business Administration Level 3 Apprenticeship – Legal Sector (Conveyancing)

You will support solicitors and the wider team with the legal process behind buying and selling homes. You will deal with clients every day, so this is a great fit if you're organised, personable and keen to learn.
What You'll Be Doing
- Supporting the conveyancing team with day-to-day administration
- Handling client and colleague queries by phone, email and in person, and tracking each one through to a response
- Drafting clear, professional emails and letters
- Following instructions from solicitors and supervisors
- Managing your own workload and prioritising tasks
- Keeping client information confidential and accurate
- Spotting issues early and raising them with the right person
- Suggesting better ways of working and helping keep procedures up to date
- Learning the residential conveyancing process and the firm's case management systems, with full training and support

No previous experience is needed. We'll teach you the legal process.
