Duties and Responsibilities
  • Issuing invoices to customers
  • Input Transactions into XERO
  • Reconcile bank accounts
  • Ensure receivables are collected promptly
  • Prepare VAT returns and ensure taxes are paid to HMRC within deadline
  • Record all cash receipts and make bank deposits
  • Maintain petty cash registers
  • Paying supplier invoices
  • Credit control
  • Assist with payroll and processing of monthly journals
  • Provide clerical and administrative support to management as when and needed
  • Respond to client requests on a timely basis


Skills required

  • Solid Microsoft Excel skills
  • Experience of Xero software advantageous
  • Numerical Accuracy plus keen eye for detail, problem solving , excellent written and verbal communication,professional etiquette, time management and good organisation skills
