We're looking for an enthusiastic Hairdressing Apprentice to join a professional salon in Bath, where you'll learn from experienced stylists, get hands-on experience and work towards your Level 2 Hair Professional Apprenticeship with Reflections Training Academy.
You'll be learning something new every day, developing your skills and building the confidence to become a great hairdresser.
What you'll be doing:
Welcoming clients and helping them feel relaxed and looked after.
Shampooing, conditioning and preparing hair for different services.
Getting involved in colouring, cutting, styling, finishing and braiding.
Learning about the latest hair trends, techniques and professional products.
Keeping the salon clean, organised and looking its best.
Working as part of a team and developing your customer service skills.
Putting your training into practice in the salon while attending Reflections Training Academy to develop your hairdressing skills.

Training you'll get
You’ll split your time between working in the salon and training at Reflections Training Academy, attending the academy one day every two weeks.
Your training will give you the knowledge and practical skills to become a professional hairdresser, covering everything from cutting, colouring and styling to consultations, client care and professional salon standards.
You’ll be able to put your academy training straight into practice in the salon, working with real clients and learning alongside experienced professionals. Throughout the apprenticeship, you’ll build your confidence, develop your technical skills and work towards your Level 2 Hair Professional qualification with support from the Reflections training team.
