An exciting opportunity arises to work at Natalie Allen Dressage, where Natalie, an industry professional who has competed at international level, is currently producing many top-caliber young horses ready for the dressage circuit. She seeks a passionate and motivated individual to join her team. This is a Non Ridden Pathway. The position involves all general yard duties, including mucking out, keeping the yard tidy, turning out and changing rugs, grooming and tacking up, clipping, plaiting, lunging, and show preparation. Desirable qualifications include a GCSE in English (grade 4) and Maths (grade 4). Key skills include communication, attention to detail, organization, problem-solving, presentation, logical thinking, teamwork, creativity, initiative, non-judgmental attitude, patience, and physical fitness. All candidates should have very good basic experience with horses, as there is no accommodation provided and candidates must be able to commute daily. Working hours can be full or part-time and are subject to discussion with the employer. Upon completion of the apprenticeship, the successful candidate may have the opportunity to enroll onto the advanced (level 3) apprenticeship or join Natalie Allen as a full-time member of the team.
