Are you passionate about data? Are you looking to kickstart a long and rewarding career? Remit are proud to announce that we are working with a client who are on the lookout for a Level 3 Data Technician Apprentice to join their team going forward.
- Administration and support of Salesforce users including roles, profiles, and permissions etc.
- Must be able to prioritise work independently. This will include addressing tickets in internal systems and knowing when the work should be elevated.
- Assist on project work, such as developing new automation and business logic.
- Assist in configuring business-wide changes to the system in an exciting opportunity to be a part of a system re-work.
- Attending project meetings when required to gain or impart knowledge on the current status of projects and to immerse yourself in declarative Salesforce development.
- Liaise with users to help keep work flowing and ensure systems are efficient for end users.
- Helping to maintain GDPR compliance within a busy and fast paced environment
- Using tools such as LI & Salesforce inbuilt analytics, Excel, Cognism, Zoominfo etc.
- Will be working on tracking analytics for social campaigns to support Customer Success Manager and Account Director, each app assigned to them. e.g. what's worked, what area does it potentially fail, improvements etc.
- Effectively a data role to support a sales team which is a great fit.
As an apprentice you will undertake a 15-month (+ 3 months End Point Assessment) Level 3 Data Technician Apprenticeship
Skills required
- Salesforce administration and analytics;
- ability to prioritise and work independently;
- project support and automation development;
- data tracking and analytics;
- GDPR compliance;
- stakeholder liaison;
- proficiency with Excel;
- familiarity with Cognism, ZoomInfo, and LinkedIn analytics.
Qualifications required
GCSEs at grade C/4 or above or Level 2 functional skills in Maths and English
