Role OverviewBecome the face and voice behind a rapidly growing sport and retail brand. This apprenticeship offers hands-on, on-camera experience—hosting live interactive streams, presenting premium equipment, and actively growing an online community rather than simply scheduling posts behind the scenes.

We are a welcoming, progressive sports and leisure club expanding our digital presence and e-commerce offerings. We seek a confident, camera-comfortable apprentice to help pioneer our visual content and live commerce strategies across TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, and specialized live-selling platforms like Whatnot.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Live Streaming & Presenting (Core Focus)
    1. Host Live Sales: Present live interactive product streams on marketplaces such as Whatnot, showcasing high-end sports equipment, apparel, and accessories.
    2. Engage Audiences: Build real-time audience rapport by answering live questions, driving bids, and delivering entertaining, informative presentations.
    3. Present Short-Form Video: Feature directly in short-form content tailored for TikTok, Instagram Reels, and YouTube Shorts.
    4. On-Camera Development: Refine your personal presenting style with structured support and coaching from the marketing team.
    5. Stream Planning: Organize show rundowns, product lineups, and promotional highlights prior to each broadcast.
  2. Content Creation & Visual Media
    1. Media Production: Capture high-quality photography and video content highlighting equipment, technical apparel, and club amenities.
    2. Copywriting: Craft engaging product descriptions, promotional text, and social captions.
    3. Creative Strategy: Brainstorm fresh visual concepts, track digital media trends, and pitch new content formats.
  3. Multi-Channel Digital Marketing
    1. Campaign Execution: Assist in planning, building, and scheduling multi-channel marketing campaigns.
    2. Graphic Design: Create branded visual assets for Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and LinkedIn.
    3. Email & Web Marketing: Assist with email newsletters and maintain up-to-date content across the official website.
  4. E-Commerce & Retail Operations
    1. Product Cataloging: Research product specifications, establish current market values, and create optimized listings on digital marketplaces.
    2. Inventory Prep: Organize physical stock, prepare items for live demonstrations, and assist with fulfillment and shipping.
    3. Customer Care: Respond directly to online customer inquiries regarding sales and product details.
  5. Marketing Administration
    1. Analytics & Reporting: Assist in gathering campaign performance metrics and building tracking reports.
