Denis Wick Products based in Hamworthy, Poole manufactures high quality Mouthpieces and mutes for the brass music market and distributes products worldwide. The manufacturing site in Hamworthy is a mix of high-tech machining and high-quality hand produced products to meet the desired needs of musicians. The product is proudly made to a high quality to give musicians the best equipment to show off their talents, and the company continues to invest in research and development to help musicians refine and find new sounds.

Monday - Thursday, 7.00am - 4.00pm and Friday, 7.00am - 1.00pm. 40 hours a week3 years 6 monthsAttention to detail, Communication skills, Physical fitness, Problem solving skills, The application will also need to apply to the Bournemouth and Poole College and attend an academic interview., https://www.thecollege.co.uk/courses/apprenticeship-machining-technician-level-3, Lifting of heavy equipment and brass bars will be required (equipment will be provided and training given for very heavy objects)

Requirements

Essential qualifications

GCSE in:

4 Subjects including English and Maths (grade 4 or above)

Share if you have other relevant qualifications and industry experience. The apprenticeship can be adjusted to reflect what you already know.
