ICT Support Technician Apprentice

Our Digital Marketing, IT Infrastructure, Content Creation, and Data Analytics apprenticeships are designed in collaboration with employers. We combine expert teaching and learning with real-world experience to equip our apprentices with the skills, knowledge, attitudes and behaviours for a successful career.

Monday to Friday, full-time position. 37 hours 30 minutes a week1 year 4 monthsCommunication skills, IT skills, Customer care skills, Team working, Initiative, Has a genuine enthusiasm for technology and IT support., Enjoys troubleshooting and finding solutions to technical problems., Is organised, reliable and able to manage multiple tasks., Has strong communication skills and enjoys helping people., Can work well both independently and as part of a collaborative team., Is keen to learn, develop new skills and build a career in the IT industry.
