Childcare Apprenticeship

Osterley Park Day Nursery in Isleworth is a small, privately run nursery open all year round. They provide a warm and welcoming environment where the children benefit from a large garden and caring practitioners.

Apprentices are required to be as flexible as possible to meet the needs of the business. The average working week will be between 30-40 hours, Monday- Friday. Essential qualifications

GCSE in:

• GCSE or equivalent English (grade C or 4 +, or equivalent)
• GCSE or equivalent Maths (grade C or 4, or equivalent)

Share if you have other relevant qualifications and industry experience. The apprenticeship can be adjusted to reflect what you already know.

Other requirements

You will need to attend online training with your assessor for one day a week for the first 8 weeks of your 14-month apprenticeship, for your classroom-based learning and you will be working within the nursery for the rest of the time with the support of your dedicated childcare assessor.
