Monday to Friday. Shifts to be confirmed. 40 hours a week1 year 6 monthsCommunication skills, Attention to detail, Organisation skills, Analytical skills, Team working, Written communication skills, Management skills, Manage multiple tasks, Manage deadlines, Able to work independently, Some experience working in a team, project or customer-facing environment (e.g. part-time work, placement, volunteering)., Exposure to coordinating tasks, organising activities or supporting others to get things done., Comfortable asking questions and seeking clarification when unsure., Shows initiative in picking up tasks and suggesting improvements., Able to manage time and prioritise tasks with support., Ability to manage personal security requirements (e.g. BPSS, SC processes), ensuring accuracy and audit readiness; tracking access rights and able to interpret security risks and escalate appropriately., Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to engage stakeholders at all levels., Excellent organisational and time management skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines., Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret project data and produce clear, actionable insights, High level of attention to detail and accuracy., Confident user of project management tools (e.g., MS Project, Planner, Jira, Trello) and MS Office (especially Excel and PowerPoint)., Ability to work proactively and independently, as well as collaboratively within a team.
