Apprentices are required to be as flexible as possible to meet the needs of the business. The average working week will be between 30 and 40 hours, Monday to Friday. GCSE in:

Other requirements
You will need to be available for remote sessions on teams for 10 days out of your whole apprenticeship, for your remote learning. You will be working within the nursery for the rest of the time with the support of your dedicated childcare assessor. You will also be given 20% off-job training. This could be around 6 hours or more depending on your contracted hours.

After completion, you will develop into a Level 3 Practitioner, with the potential of a permanent position upon successful completion. There is also the potential to go into other childcare-orientated roles, e.g. social work, teaching, managerial roles etc.
