Early Years Educator Apprenticeship

At Little Explorers Nursery, we are proud to have created a safe, caring, and inspiring environment where children can thrive during their most important early years for children from the age of 6 months to 4 years. Our dedicated team nurtures each child’s curiosity, confidence, and creativity through play-based learning and meaningful experiences every day. Our all-inclusive unique learning programme incorporates the Early Years Framework and an exciting range of Extra-Curricular Clubs.

Full time role: 40 hours per week, term time only. The nursery is open Monday to Friday, 8:00am - 6:00pm. Working hours are on a shift basis within these times. 40 hours a week1 year 6 monthsTeam working, Creative, Initiative, Non judgemental, Patience

After this apprenticeship

Once you have finished the apprenticeship, there may be an opportunity to continue working for the same company and progress on to Level 5 Early Years Lead Practitioner, EYITT, ECT or Level 3 Early Years SENCO.

Early Years Educators are found in a range of settings including day nurseries, playgroups, nursery schools, pre-schools, kindergartens, primary schools, hospitals, social care settings, out of school environments and local authority provision, giving you a broad range of employment opportunities.
