Junior Sport Stars has been providing children's sports coaching and development in Greater Manchester for over 18 years. Based in Stockport, we provide a wide range of sporting activities and coaching programs for young people, aiming to help children develop physical skills, confidence, teamwork, and a lifelong enjoyment of sport. What we do: * Gymnastics programs for children of different ages and abilities. * Before-school breakfast clubs and lunchtime activity sessions in Primary Schools * Physical Education (PE) support and coaching in Primary schools. * After-school sports clubs in Primary Schools * Holiday camps during school breaks at a number of venues. Facilities Their gymnastics centre in Stockport includes a large purpose-built gymnastics area with modern equipment, fitness facilities, and viewing spaces for parents. The organization also delivers activities at numerous schools across South Manchester and Stockport. Mission The goal of Junior Sport Stars is to inspire children to enjoy sport, stay active, and reach their potential while making friends and building positive habits that can benefit them throughout life.
Monday - Friday evening, 3.45pm - 7.00pm. Wednesday, 12.00pm - 3.00pm. Desirable qualifications
GCSE in:
- English (grade 4/C or above)
- Maths (grade 4/C or above)

Your earnings can increase over time with an apprenticeship. Find out about potential future pay (opens in new tab).
Progression within the company: On completion of your Level 2 apprenticeship, there is an option for undertaking a Level 4 qualification and be full-time working a minimum. x30 hours per week with more flexibility. On completion of all British Gymnastics qualifications at Level 2 in your desired specialism, you may then teach Gymnastics to the wider community in primary schools as well as at our gymnastics school.
