Carousel Day Nursery, Motspur Park was founded in 1997 and is situated on the first floor of the Old Blues Rugby Club. The nursery is open Monday to Friday, from 8am (7.30am by request) to 6pm, fifty weeks of the year and cares for children from the ages of two to five years. We are a small team that have varied qualifications ranging from Level 4, 3,2 as well as nursery assistants. We undertake regular training to ensure up-to-date knowledge and quality practice. At Carousel we promote Cultural Capitals, we believe in giving the children the best possible start to their education and future, we as a nursery evaluate what we do and how they learn, through the EYFS and ‘awe and wonder’ moments. The foundation of our curriculum is knowing our children. We can then build on their individual experiences and promote a learning educational programme bespoke to them.
