Apprentice Lettings & Property Management

We are an independent business with two branches located in central Chelmsford. We pride ourselves in standing out against other companies with our high level of customer services and ensuring that each working day is exciting. We are a fun, dynamic group and have regular, paid for, social events throughout the year to keep up the team spirit. We provide all employees with the opportunity for progression, meaning plenty of opportunities and training available to learn other aspects of the business.

A full driving licence and access to your own car are essential, as you’ll be travelling between properties.

Successful completion of the apprenticeship can lead to a permanent role within the business, with progression opportunities into Lettings Negotiator, Property Manager, Senior Property Manager, Branch Manager or other specialist property roles. Further industry qualifications and professional development may also be available.
