Early Years Educator Apprenticeship

The Learning Experience® (TLE) is dedicated to giving children the very best start in life. With over 40 years of experience, its purpose-built nurseries in East Finchley, Leatherhead and Weybridge provide high-quality early years education and childcare for children aged 3 months to 5 years in warm, inspiring environments. TLE is seeking caring and enthusiastic early years professionals who are passionate about learning through play, value every child as an individual, and are committed to making a positive difference to children and families every day.

Apprentices are required to be as flexible as possible to meet the needs of the business. The average working week will be between 30-40 hours, Monday to Friday. After this apprenticeship

• After completion, you will develop into a Level 3 practitioner, with the potential of a permanent position upon successful completion.
