Desirable qualifications
GCSE in:
- English (grade 4 (C) or above)
- Maths (grade 4 (C) or above)

Other requirements
If you have not achieved a GCSE Level 4 (or above), or equivalent qualification in English and Maths you will be asked to study alongside your apprenticeship.

Completion of the Apprenticeship does not guarantee a full-time permanent role at Halton Housing; however, we recruit to the Apprenticeship Programme based on what we believe to be our future workforce requirements.
The Housing Apprenticeship provides a solid foundation for a career in Housing and Tenancy Management. Some common roles include; Neighbourhood Officer, Allocations Assistant, Customer Liaison and Neighbourhood Co-ordinator.
