Apprentice Warehouse Operative

Aalco Metals are the UK’s largest independent multi-metals stockholder including Aluminium, Stainless Steel, Copper, Bronze and Brass. With 18 service centres around the country, we provide a competitive, reliable and on-time delivery service of single item orders through to bulk contract orders.Our Southampton centre holds stock to meet the immediate needs of customers in the local area, and this is backed up by bulk stocks held at our central warehouse.We pride ourselves on the service our dedicated team provides our customers and in return we are committed to our employee’s progression & development.

Monday to Friday, 9.00am to 7.00pm, including 1 hour lunch. 45 hours a week1 year 3 monthsCommunication skills, Attention to detail, Organisation skills, Customer care skills, Logical, Team working, Physical fitness, Good written and spoken communication skills., Organised with a high attention to detail., Good computer, literacy and numeracy skills., Able to work on own initiative as well as under instruction., A team player with a positive “can do”

GCSE in:

• English (grade Minimum Grade C or 4)
• Maths (grade Minimum Grade C or 4)

Share if you have other relevant qualifications and industry experience. The apprenticeship can be adjusted to reflect what you already know.
