Building People CIC is a Network of Networks focused on driving culture change across the construction and built environment sector. The organisation brings together over 75 organisations and initiatives to improve representation, diversity and inclusion within the sector. Through collaboration, stakeholder engagement and collective action, Building People works to amplify underrepresented voices, reduce fragmentation and create sustainable positive change across the industry.

This is a part time role and will be 16 hours per week. The hours are flexible and will be agreed with the successful candidate and hiring manager. Desirable qualifications

GCSE in:

  • English (grade C)
  • Maths (grade C)

Share if you have other relevant qualifications and industry experience. The apprenticeship can be adjusted to reflect what you already know.

Other requirements

This is a remote role requiring a high level of self-motivation and organisation.

Will include very occasional travel to meetings and events may be required.

The successful candidate should be comfortable working within a small and growing organisation.
