RTM Estates is a respected property management company covering the Midlands. We work with developers, contractors, leaseholders, freeholders and residents to ensure residential developments are managed professionally, efficiently and with clear communication.
37.5 hours per week. 9 am - 5 pm, 30-minutes lunch. Essential qualifications
GCSE in:

Following successful completion of the apprenticeship, there may be an opportunity for the candidate to progress into a permanent role within the company.
As the candidate gains experience, they may be given increased responsibilities within property management, administration, customer service, maintenance coordination and contractor management.
There may also be the opportunity to continue studying towards further qualifications in property management, with the long-term aim of developing into a qualified Property Manager.
Progression, duties and salary would be reviewed based on performance, development and the needs of the business.
