We are a values-led care provider supporting individuals with learning disabilities and autism to live fulfilling and meaningful lives. We currently support 7 service users across 4 locations, with a dedicated team of 25 staff members delivering person-centred, high-quality support that promotes independence, choice, and inclusion. We place strong emphasis on training, development, and progression, and are committed to continuous improvement and positive outcomes for both the people we support and our staff team.
