Business Administrator Apprenticeship – Patient Services Team

Grove House Surgery is a General Practice based in Shepton Mallet.

Working hours will be 4 x 6hr days between the hours of 8am and 6pm. 9hrs per week will be allocated to the online tutorial/study day. 33 hours a week1 year 6 monthsCommunication skills, IT skills, Organisation skills, Customer care skills, Problem solving skills, Administrative skills, Number skills, Team working, Initiative, Patience, Flexible, Reliable, Successful applicants will be subject to a DBS check, Please consider how you will travel to the place of work, particularly if you rely on public transport, At times, working hours may need to be changed at short notice to meet the needs of the surgery., If you are currently a patient at the surgery, you would need to find an alternative surgery.

GCSE in:

• English (grade (Grade A-C/9-4))
• Maths (grade (Grade A-C/9-4))
