Front of House Hospitality Apprentice

The Old Chequers Inn is a beautiful, historic country pub nestled in the village of Croft, just five miles from Skegness, overlooking the picturesque River Lymn and surrounded by the Lincolnshire countryside. As a listed building, believed to be one of the oldest inns in Lincolnshire, it combines plenty of character and history with a friendly, welcoming atmosphere. With roaring log fires in the winter, outdoor seating in the summer and a reputation for great food, local produce and a fantastic selection of Batemans beers and gins, there is always something happening at The Old Chequers. As part of a growing family of hospitality businesses, the team is passionate about delivering great experiences for every guest while creating a positive, supportive environment where people can learn, develop and enjoy being part of a close-knit team. For someone starting their hospitality career, The Old Chequers offers the opportunity to work in a genuinely special pub, meet a wide range of customers and build valuable skills in a lively and rewarding environment.

20-30 Hours per week. Working flexibly between the opening times of: Wednesday, 17.00 - 21.30. Thursday, 17.00 - 21.30. Friday, 12.00 - 14.30 and 17.00 - 23.00. Saturday, 12.00 - 23.30.
