IT Support & Software Assistant Apprentice

Monday to Friday. Full-time position. 37 hours 30 minutes a week1 year 4 monthsCommunication skills, Attention to detail, Organisation skills, Problem solving skills, Administrative skills, Customer service: telephone or face-to-face experience., Basic troubleshooting: e.g. at home or throughout education., Programming languages: PHP, JavaScript and Node.js., Web technologies: HTML and CSS for building and maintaining site content and user interfaces., Databases: SQL and relational databases such as MariaDB and MySQL., Version control: Git for managing and collaborating on code., Containers, servers and hosting: Docker, nginx and Linux (Ubuntu), including our own hosting infrastructure., APIs and integrations: connecting systems together using REST APIs and third-party services., AI and automation: we actively build with modern AI tooling, so a curiosity for AI-assisted development and automation is welcome.
