Who we are
30 hours per week (with some evening and weekends). Generally, to take reasonable care for health and safety of all those affected by this work., To undertake any other duties, as appropriate to the character of this work and as requested by the Head of Business Development as reasonably required. , Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to produce clear, engaging content for different audiences., Strong organisational skills, with the ability to manage deadlines, multiple tasks and campaigns., Creative mindset with an eye for clear, accessible and consistent design., Confident using digital systems and Microsoft 365, with the ability to quickly learn tools such as Canva, Adobe or equivalent., Ability to work collaboratively while also using initiative and taking ownership of tasks., Ability to work accurately, follow brand and copy guidelines, and demonstrate strong attention to detail., Ability to use data and insights to review performance and improve marketing activity., An interest in marketing, communications, fundraising and the charity/community sector., Understanding of, or willingness to learn, social media content creation and channel management., Commitment to equality, diversity, inclusion and accessible communications., Understanding of confidentiality, consent and data protection.Ability and willingness to travel to services/events and occasionally attend evening or weekend events, where required., English and maths qualifications at the level required for the apprenticeship, or willingness to complete Functional Skills where required., Eligible and willing to undertake the Level 3 AI Digital Marketing apprenticeship, including all required off-the-job learning and end-point assessment., Experience supporting events, campaigns, fundraising or community engagement., Experience building relationships with businesses, supporters or external partners., Knowledge of SEO, SEM, web analytics or paid digital advertising., Experience in copywriting, design, photography or video creation., Knowledge of charity marketing, individual giving, legacy marketing or challenge events., A full driving licence and access to a car, where required for events and transporting materials., Relevant qualification in marketing, media, communications, design, English or a related subject., Experience working collaboratively across teams, using initiative and taking ownership of tasks., Understanding of confidentiality, consent, data protection and the appropriate use of customer stories and images., Commitment to equality, diversity, inclusion and accessible communications., Willingness to attend occasional evening and weekend events, with appropriate notice.Requirements
