Multi-Skilled Property Development Apprentice

THP Developments is a property development and construction business working across residential renovation, refurbishment and improvement projects. We undertake varied work from the early stages of a project through to the finished property, giving the successful apprentice broad, practical experience across several trades.

Essential qualifications

GCSE in:

• English (grade Grade 4/C or above)
• Maths (grade Grade 4/C or above)

Other requirements

This is a practical, physical role. Work can be indoors or outdoors and may involve early starts at different local sites, lifting materials, dust, noise and working in changing weather conditions. Reliability and punctuality are essential. A full UK driving licence would be a significant advantage.
