Established in 2017 and located in Chidham, West Sussex, Noel’s Gardening Services Limited offer a wide range of services from bespoke garden design to general maintenance. Our local, family-run business provides a high-quality and reliable service delivered by a team of friendly workers.

8.00am - 4.00pm. Monday - Friday, including tea and lunch breaks. 40 hours a week2 yearsCommunication skills, Attention to detail, Team working, Physical fitness, Professional, Reliable, Trustworthy, Willing to learn, Punctual, Hardworking, Enthusiastic, Good time management, The successful candidate will join a small team of gardeners, Duties will vary depending on the time of year and the customer's needs, Everything will be provided except own personal workwear, Applicants will be working in different locations all based near workplace location covering Bosham and the surrounding areas, Own driving licence and transport would be an advantage to get to work and college as required, This is a 28-month apprenticeship with learning starting in October/November 2026, Applicants need to be resident in the UK for a minimum of 3 years prior to the start of learning and have work authorisation for the UK, Applicants will not be eligible to apply if they have already achieved a qualification which is equal to or higher thank the apprenticeship standard on offer, Applicants will be expected to commit to the learning and stay to the end of the apprenticeship, Study will be work based although some attendance will be required at Brinsbury College and own travel will be required for this purpose
