On successful completion of the apprenticeship, there may be an opportunity to join the business in a permanent warehouse role, depending on performance and business needs.
As your skills and experience develop, potential progression routes include stock control, goods inwards, dispatch coordination and, longer term, warehouse supervisor or team leader positions. There may also be opportunities to move into sales support or other areas of the business.
We will support you in developing your product knowledge, taking on greater responsibility and exploring further training relevant to your role.
