Asset Engineering Solutions Limited (AES) is an independent building services and asset management consultancy founded in 2026. We deliver digital-first condition surveys, asset registers, lender technical due diligence and strategic asset management services to clients across the UK, Europe and North America.

Monday to Friday, 9.00am - 5.00pm.
