Horizon Healthcare is a large, progressive NHS general practice in Derby, serving around 29,000 registered patients. The practice has experienced sustained growth, increasing from 20,437 patients in March 2021 to 28,734 in March 2026, representing growth of more than 40% over five years.

Monday to Friday, hours varying (but fixed) between 08.00 start an 18.00 finish. External placements may vary.
