Help create safer communities for our customers...

Anti-social behaviour can have a significant impact on people's lives. Whether it's persistent nuisance, harassment, neighbour disputes or more serious criminal behaviour, our customers need someone who can take ownership, understand the issues and work collaboratively to achieve lasting solutions.

As an ASB Officer at A2Dominion, you'll manage a varied and complex caseload across our communities, ensuring customers feel supported while taking robust and appropriate action where needed.

This is a highly collaborative role where no two days are the same. You'll work closely with residents, colleagues and partner agencies to investigate reports of ASB, gather evidence, identify solutions and help create safer neighbourhoods. From attending multi-agency meetings to supporting legal action where required, you'll play a key role in delivering positive outcomes for our customers.

As a mobile role, you'll spend time visiting customers and communities across our operational areas, alongside regular attendance at our Winchester office. A full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle are essential.

A Standard DBS check is required for this role.

Please refer to the attached Role Profile for full responsibilities and deliverables.

We're looking for someone who understands the impact ASB can have on individuals and communities and is passionate about making a difference.

You may already be working within a housing association, local authority, community safety or enforcement environment, or have gained relevant experience within policing. We're looking for someone who can confidently manage complex cases, develop strong multi-agency relationships and achieve positive outcomes for customers and communities.

You'll bring:

  • Experience managing anti-social behaviour, community safety or complex casework
  • A strong understanding of ASB and the legislation, tools and approaches used to tackle it
  • Experience working collaboratively with partner agencies and attending multi-agency meetings
  • Excellent investigation and evidence-gathering skills
  • The ability to manage challenging conversations with professionalism, empathy and confidence
  • Strong written communication skills, including report writing and case recording
  • Experience preparing legal documentation and supporting court proceedings would be highly advantageous
  • Excellent organisational skills and the ability to manage competing priorities
  • A full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle, with the ability to travel across our operational areas

Choosing us is easy. At A2Dominion, you'll join a team that is committed to creating safer, stronger communities for our customers. You'll have the opportunity to manage meaningful work, build strong partnerships and make a visible difference to the lives of residents every day.

If you're someone who enjoys solving problems, building professional relationships and achieving positive outcomes in challenging situations, we'd love to hear from you.

We offer a wide range of staff benefits. For this role, these include:
