We’re excited to offer a fantastic opportunity for Commercial Administrator to join the team based in Glasgow.

This is a full-time role, with standard working hours of 37.5 hours per week.

Join our vibrant and inclusive Commercial team, supporting Accounts, Projects, and Frameworks within our Public Estates Schools contracts. Making a real, positive impact across the UK.

The Commercial Administrator will assist with ensuring all contractual and commercial administration and records are maintained to ensure the recovery of contractual entitlement, compliance with all governance, legislation and company and contractual policies. Providing support to Supply Chain procurement and management.

What you will do:

  • Support the day-to-day commercial management of PPP School Contracts, including subcontract procurement, payments, and service delivery.
  • Maintain accurate records and data across systems, spreadsheets, and databases to support reporting and contract compliance.
  • Assist with identifying and documenting contract variations, claims, and extensions of time in collaboration with the Commercial team.
  • Share and communicate key information across teams to ensure smooth operations and meet client expectations.

What you will bring:

  • Previous experience of working in a generalist administration/business support role would be desirable
  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office suite of products especially Excel and Word essential
  • Ability to time-manage, set priorities and work to strict deadlines
  • Positive attitude with a willingness to learn
