We are excited to offer a fantastic opportunity for a Permanent Administrator to join our team on our Scotland Schools account. Based in our head office in Paisley (PA3)
The standard hours of work are 37.5 hours per week Monday to Friday.
This role is based on-site.
What you will do:
- Responsible for ensuring H&S standards are achieved across the contract.
- Assist with the delivery of services to the client using a case management system.
- Receive and disseminates information to other team members to ensure service delivery.
- Share information to ensure the sites needs are met.
- Input to and maintain spreadsheets/databases/systems and produce and collate reports.
- Raise purchase orders and arrange payment of invoices.
- Support both local and business zero carbon programmes, working towards zero carbon in a strategic and lean manner as and where it is appropriate.
- Take direction from Site Manager and wider team members.
- Handle all other reasonable requests as determined by your line manager.
What you will bring:
- Experience/use of Microsoft packages/IT literate.
- Excellent ability to manage timekeeping and prioritise workload.
- Good communication skills.
- Able to develop and maintain good working relationships.
- Familiar with/exposure to management systems or other similar data entry and reporting database applications.
