Starting Salary: £30,000 per annum (Subject to review)
Location: Regents House | Wolseley rd. Woburn Industrial Est | Kempston | MK42 7JY
Working hours per week: Monday to Friday, 9.00 am to 5.00 pm, 37.5 hours per week. Occasional weekend site work will be classed as overtime.
Start date: April 2027

The Amey Rail Commercial Southern Region team provides commercial and contract management support for rail infrastructure projects across Network Rail’s Southern Region, ensuring effective cost control, procurement, financial governance, and successful project delivery while maintaining strong client and stakeholder relationships.
What you will do: A Commercial Graduate within the rail sector plays a key role in the successful delivery of infrastructure, signalling, electrification, track, civils and multidisciplinary projects from tender stage through to final account. Responsibilities include managing NEC and Network Rail contracts, administering change and compensation events, forecasting costs and revenues, managing risk and opportunity, overseeing subcontractor accounts, ensuring contractual compliance, and maximising commercial performance.
What you will bring: We are looking for someone who is enthusiastic, keen to learn and ready to develop their career within a supportive and collaborative team. Minimum 2:2 degree in quantity surveying, commercial management or a related discipline. Full UK driving licence.
