We’re looking for new work-family members to help the individuals we support fulfil their dreams and help them thrive in all they want to do. The individuals we support enjoy many activities in and around Cornwall, such as visiting the Wildlife Paradise Park and taking a trip down to Godrevy Beach for ice cream! The Eden Project isn't too far and neither is the Zoo. There's lots of local coffee shops we love to visit for a catch up with friends and a good old natter!

As a Senior you’ll join us with previous experience in a support role, and able to hit the ground running. Thanks to your support with day to day activities, care plans and reviews, you’ll help us make a difference to the lives of the individuals we support.

Our Senior Support Workers are there to ensure the health, welfare, education and development of the people we support is promoted at each step of their journey.

Each day will be different, and the main focus of your role is to provide daily support to adults in our residential services. It’s definitely not a normal 9-5, you can work days, nights, and flexible shifts too. Talking of ‘dream’ jobs, some of our shifts are sleep-ins!
