Warehouse Reach Driver

In this role, you’ll support the safe, accurate, and efficient movement of stock throughout the warehouse, helping to prepare customer orders and a maintain excellent operational standards.

This is a full-time, permanent role. Working 12-hour rotating shift pattern, with a mix of 3 and 4 shifts per week. This provides regular extended breaks throughout the rota, allowing for a better balance between work and personal life.

What you will do on a typical day:

• Safely operate Reach Forklift Trucks to move, locate, stack, and store products throughout the warehouse
• Support the efficient flow of stock from Goods In to Goods Out, ensuring all products are handled accurately and safely
• Accurately pick, replenish, and prepare customer orders in line with operational and quality standards
• Carry out routine equipment checks and promptly report any defects, damage, or safety concerns
• Maintain high standards of housekeeping and ensure compliance with all Health & Safety requirements
• Work collaboratively with colleagues to achieve productivity, quality, and customer service targets
• Adhere to all company policies, procedures, and safe working practices at all times

What you need to succeed at GXO:

• Previous Reach Forklift Truck experience is essential, ideally within a warehouse or logistics environment
• Strong understanding of Health & Safety requirements and safe working practices
• Ability to work accurately and efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining high standards
• Reliable team player with good communication skills, excellent attendance, and a flexible approach to work
• Ability to follow procedures, undertake manual handling duties, and work a variety of shifts, including weekends where required
