Warehouse Operative

Here at GXO Logistics, we are looking for the permanent, full-time Warehouse Operatives to join our team in Crick for our customer, one of the most famous fashion retail companies worldwide, within brand-new facilities.

We have these shift patterns available: Friday – Monday with the working hours of 07:00 – 17:00, 13:00 – 23:00 or 15:00 – 23:00; Sunday – Thursday 23:00 – 07:00 or Tuesday – Saturday 23:00 – 07:00.

Pay, benefits and more:

• Hourly rate of £13.12 for the working hours of 07:00 – 13:00
• Hourly rate of £14.77 for the working hours of 15:00 – 23:00
• Hourly rate of £15.32 for the working hours of 23:00 – 07:00
• Weekend allowance of £1.00 per hour

What you will do on a typical day:

• Perform a range of duties related to the handling of stock including picking and packing
• Ensure a steady flow of goods throughout the warehouse from inbound to outbound
• Be responsible for Health and Safety helping to minimise risks, hazards, and incidents
• Use Warehouse Management Systems on a day-to-day basis
